ah finally a video does the work for me and I don't need to spout on about the evils of quick fixes and the billion dollar a year diet industry that preys on the
weak and desperate, of which I am one of them.  Every so often one of those ads does stop and make the think (well maybe)  I am SO glad to see stuff like this to remind me those people on TV don't give a
crap about me they just want to make money.  Forewarned is forearmed we have no one to blame but ourselves from here on out if we choose to take the quick way out.
